Hello, how can I change my Apple ID on my iTunes? I had an old Apple ID logged into my iTunes and now I have a new one that I want to change it to but I don't know how to change it without deleting my old one or restarting everything from scratch again. I just want to know how I can change my old account into my new one. Thank you.

You have to sign out of the old ID and in with the new ID. You have to remove the old one and that will restart purchases from scratch. You can't have 2 IDs signed into iTunes at the same time.
You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
