My Apple Watch screen moving on its own. I have 42 MM Nike+ apple 3 watch and it acts like I am turning the crown and that results in the screen to zoom in out and scroll up and down. The watch is unusable. I have tried feasting it, unpairing it and all cleaning the crown

Have you enabled the zoom feature as well, under accessibility? Otherwise that should not happen.
Zoom feature is off. Thank you for your response.
Then it sounds like a mechanical failure.
