My Apple Watch screen moving on its own

My Apple Watch screen moving on its own. I have 42 MM Nike+ apple 3 watch and it acts like I am turning the crown and that results in the screen to zoom in out and scroll up and down. The watch is unusable. I have tried feasting it, unpairing it and all cleaning the crown
