Plugged in Macbook Pro 2015 all the time

I have Macbook Pro 2015, can I use it with battery plugged in all the time? Is it safe for the battery? Thank you.

Yes, but I would disconnect it from Power main once in awhile.

Run it on battery until charge level drops to about 50%.

You can leave it plugged in whenever convenient to do so. Neither your computer nor battery will be damaged by leaving it plugged in.
