iPhone 11 Pro Reciever Issues

Hi. I just tried making a phone call and am unable to hear anything when I hold the phone up to my ear even with the volume button all the way up. I can hear when I put on speaker. I updated to IOS 14.4.1 thinking that would solve the problem but nothing. I rebooted phone, hard reset, reset network, and erased and added back in and same issue. What happens now? I need this phone and haven't even had it a year. Please help me. Thanks.
