Apple Cash verification

Somebody wanted to send me money on my Apple Cash because I don’t have a card yet I always used to do that with my other phone and it would always work but now when he sent it it’s say I have to verify my identity I tried to many times and I put my ssn my address but it kept saying failed so I went on my phones address I found it it was a wrong address than mine because the phone is new so I didn’t look at that now it says that I can’t send and receive any money this is driving me crazy please help .
