How to restore whatsapp data from iCloud

Sir!

Its been 3 days I am trying to restore my whatsapp data from iCloud but unfortunately I didn’t get it, earlier yesterday my phone has been reseted from setting, I couldn’t mange only whatsapp data from it other apps has been restored while taking some time
