IPhone 8 . I can’t send or receive text from CERTAIN phones. These numbers are not in my block list. Have double check all settings to ensure they are correct. Example: Can send and receive text from my best friend but can not do so with my brother,both are in my contacts. Can not send or receive any text from commercial numbers such as doctors or pharmacy. MMS turned on,IMessages turned on,Group messaging turned on.
Any ideas?
