iOS devices: I can send emails from my Apple account but I never receive emails sent to this address

I can send emails from my Apple Account but I cannot receive emails sent to this address. Sometimes I can see them for a second or two in the sidebar but then they vanish forever. So on the iPhone and iPad i don’t see them normally. On the Mac I receive them all without problems.

Same Probleme has my wife wither Apple Account.

iPhone 8 Plus

iPad 11 Pro

iOS 14.4.1

Thanks, no. I know all the support posts on the internet about similar problems, they all don't address the problem of APPLE MAIL on iOS. All technical requirement are given on the devices. And I am not a newcomer …
