I'm unable to receive emails with an account in Apple Mail

i have 3 email accounts. 1 account doesn't receive emails though I am able to send from that account in MAIL. the email account works on my phone.

First, I would ask if this a new problem? Was anything added or change prior to the problem manifesting? In any case, the logical solutions to revisit that account's settings and preferences and carefully check to see if the incoming mail settings are correct. Most likely they are not.
