When I play my Controller Keyboard which is connected to Logic Pro X the keyboard is touch sensitive. If I put a lot of pressure on the keys it sounds louder, if I put little pressure on the keyboard it sounds softer. This is good. I can't seem to find where I can turn this off if I wanted to in Logic Pro X. In GarageBand there is this option. I saw it, it's called Keyboard Sensitivity. Wonder why Logic Pro X doesn't have it, or maybe I can't find it.

True, but all you'd need to do is Functions > MIDI Region Parameters > Apply All Parameters Permanently (Default Key Command Control N) to be able to view the 'correct' velocities in all editors.

Not sure if there is a way to preset this but let's try a couple of things.
Another thing you can try is utilizing NOTE REPEAT and determine a fixed velocity. This feature can be found in the Tool Bar.

Good call Mac. To dovetail off your response...you can absolutely set a Fixed Velocity in the region inspector prior to recording but it will not be reflected in the Piano Roll. Just want to be clear for all the beginners out there.
One would hear a fixed velocity but the Piano Roll would still "appear normal".

You can adjust and fix velocity in the MIDI region.

Neither would a velocity processor MIDI FX plugin :-)

You could do this in the MIDI Environment using a Transformer object between the Physical Input and the Sequencer Input.
