Home Screen & Hand-washing Issues


When I’m on my Home Screen where it displays the time, etc. I can swipe up for my control panel, I can’t swipe down for my notification center, and I can’t swipe left or right to switch my watch face.


Also, the hand-washing feature never senses me washing my hands.


I have already tried hard resetting multiple times already but it only works for a couple of hours.
