Won't clear all websites

I am running Safari 14.0.3 in macOS 11.2.3. Clearing all history will not clear one particular website history. Even after deleting all cookies and website data the one website persists. How do I clear a sticky website?

Quit Safari.

Activate Finder by clicking on an Empty spot on the Desktop.

Hold the option key down and click “Go” menu in the Finder menu bar.

Click open the Safari folder.

Right click on” Database”  folder and choose “Move to Trash”.

Move down the list and click “Local Storage” to open.

If you find  the website’s name, right click it and move it to trash.

Quit Finder.

Relaunch Safari.

When a user clicks the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar, dropdown will show

"Library" between "Home" and "Computer" with a House icon. Click it.

Then click the "Show as a List, Icons ...... button.

Choose" List"

Library folder will open as a lis under Name.

Scroll down the list.

Safari folder will show up in the list.

Click it to open.
