What's the procedure to enter the list of wireless carrier on Apple devices?

Dear Apple,

I am head of one departement in BH Telecom Sarajevo and i got assignement to check how we could enter the list of wireless carrier on apple devices. I am sending you two screenshots where you could see that operator shown in devices is not our company (it is shown "Blicnet" which is other, smaller operator, and it is not correct).

Also, i would like to emphsise that we are biggest telco operator in the country, we are selling apple products for many years and that we have company developer account (which i am holder).

Could you please tell me what is the procedure to enter in to this list so we could take all necessary measures to complete this.
