I don’t know how to find my video link on my phone to chat with drs

Most Doctors will send you a link to connect with them, it may be ZOOM, GoToMeeting, FaceTime or something similar. Just down load the App needed from the Apple App store. Once you have the App installed the link should work.
If you continue to have an issue with an individual Doctor, I would suggest you call them and have them assist and or get you set up.
