I have an MacBook Pro 16inch with bootcamp installed Windows Pro 64bit with 1909 version windows.
My question is there anyway I can switch to the integrated Intel UHD graphics instead of the Radeon graphics? I just want to save some battery when I am using bootcamp.

Please be aware that Apple is not the AMD GPU driver provider. See Update AMD graphics drivers for Windows in Boot Camp - Apple Support.
Be aware that in some cases the drivers provided by Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support are newer than the ones available on the AMD website.

You're right.. its not straight forward at all. I might pass this one but I do appreciate you answering my question. I hope there will be a simple way soon instead running the risk to brick your Mac or if Apple can update the Bootcamp drivers to perform as well as MAC OS. lol

You have to change PCIe registers, if you must. It is not a very straight-forward process.
