Disconnected Graphics Card in Bootcamp Windows 10

I run Boot Camp on my 2019 iMac. I utilize Windows 10 to play certain video games. Today I noticed an update for my graphics card, a Radeon Pro 580x 8gb. After initializing the update I somehow disconnected the card from Windows 10 (everything is fine when running Mac).

Windows is now running on some sort of default graphics setting. I am unable to find "Radeon" anywhere in my files. I tried downloading a driver from AMD but it could not find a suitable graphics card. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm not entirely nuanced in Windows and would like to know how I can fix this. I cannot open the Steam library and utilize Windows in a productive manner.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
