Sim in my new iPhone 12 pro
Just found a sim at&t in my new iPhone 12 Max pro that I bought not even close to the American continent..can you find out if it has been used??

Technically, yes. It is a used phone. As in, it is not "new".
It stopped being "new" when it was originally sold by Apple or an authorized retailer in the US.
