Airpods flashing red
My airpods flash red when i charge them with both airpods in the case but when i reset it does not work i don’t know what i’m doing wrong but it still flashes red

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the amber light flashing when both of your AirPods are in the case, and we'd like to see if we can assist.
First, check that both of your AirPods are the same generation: Identify your AirPods
If they're from the same generation, try holding the set-up button for at least 15 seconds, and see if the LED then flashes white as expected.
