My screen is black how do I get it back on

So my IPhone 7+ I can use the button and the power button idk about the volume button but the screen doesn’t work it is just a black screen but it won’t hard restart or restart but I can feel it vibrate and when the figure print like doesn’t work I can feel it vibrate as well but I can’t click the buttons to open it
