I would unpair the watch using the instructions in the How to erase your Apple Watch if you don't have your iPhone' section of:
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Then pair your watch with you iPhone:
Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support
That should put the two in sync.
