iPhone 12 Pro Max bad speaker phone mic

Does anybody know of a fix yet, to fix when you’re on a phone call on speakerphone, and the other person says that you’re breaking up and they can’t understand you even though the phones only a couple inches away? If I hold the microphone directly in front of my face, they can hear me fine. I tried with my case off, and it was the same thing
