Please put an undo button when something gets deleted accidently.

this is a user to user forum. If you have feedback for Apple, that can be left --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple


If you are specifically commenting on Notes..

If you delete an iCloud Note, it goes to a Recently Deleted folder (which accomplishes what you are suggesting)

If you delete a non iCloud Note (I tested with gmail), then you get an extra prompt of 'are you sure' before it's deleted
