Able to verify that a program is compatible with Mac Mini?

I was wondering if there was a way to verify that a program meant for a macbook would be able to be used on a Mac Mini-

The download page says the program is compatible with

macOS (10.12)
macOS (10.15)
macOS (10.13)
macOS (11)
macOS (10.14)

My current laptop is not ideal, and the keyboard recently stopped working- definitely want to upgrade, but since the program mentioned is crucial for work, I’d feel better knowing it was possible before purchasing.

If there are any other potential obstacles involving the mini, I’d love to hear them.

I have a monitor-sized television that I plan on using as the display, and plan to get the keyboard & mouse necessary to use the mini

MacBook's, iMac's, Mac Pro's and Mac Mini's all run macOS.

It is the year model that determines which macOS version(s) a Mac can run.
