Firmware iPhone 12 mini

I have had a hacker using a Mac Yosemite computer & he is using my Apple TV app to be able to stay connected to my Apple ID. Also, he has made it so I do not have iTunes on my iPhone 12 mini that I purchased in December or January 2021. There should be NO other devices connected to my account. I see that the Mac is connected with my iTunes connect. I did not authorize that.

i would also like to know how I can manage my notifications. I do not get any notification when I get an email, some phone calls or iMessages .
