No, this is a user-to-user forum. No one here knows who you are or anything about your accounts. Click on the Get Support link at the top of this page and navigate to iTunes & App Store support and an Apple advisor can zero out your account.
I was able to reset my password but then it asked me security questions. I do not know the answers to them. Then the message said that it didn't have enough information to continue. That was it. I need to access Icloud. Can you help?

Then you will need to create some empty space - either delete or move space hogging movies/videos/photos/etc. You need to have a minimum of 10 - 15 GB of empty space at all times for the computer to work properly; if you fill it up completely, it will stop functioning altogether.
