From the macOS side, post the GPU(s) that you see.
You should have
and one of the listed GPUs.
If you Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support, is your Nvidia GPU recognized?

When booted in macOS, in About This Mac -> System Report -> Graphics and Displays, you can find the Vendor ID and Product ID. Can you post the PID/VID of the 750m card?
When I download the Bootcamp drivers for 11,2, I get the BC drivers package as

Do you get an error when you try to install the WHQL drivers?
I have WHQL drivers on a late 2013 15-in MBP with GT750m. However, the W10 installation is originally from 2015 (W10 1511) which has been upgraded to W10 1909. The W10 20xx releases can be painful.

In macOS, About This Mac? It is very unlikely that your GT750m will just vanish from the macOS side, even if it is not shown in Windows.
but bc preformance in games is quite good, and overwatch quits when you go to another window, the 750m is definitly being used and the cpu is likley desined to work with this switching in mind
On the Windows side, under Windows Device Manager -> Display Adapters, what do you currently have? Also, click on View and enable Show Hidden Devices and check if you see any other devices.

Please check the macOS side. https://everymac.com/systems/apple/macbook_pro/specs/macbook-pro-core-i7-2.0-15-iris-only-late-2013-retina-display-specs.html is an Intel Iris Pro 5200-only model.
