Hey I purchased the National Geographic Aretha Franklin season pass but I don’t have episode 3, any ideas why I can’t view my purchase?

Got it. This is a user to user support forum. We cannot help directly. Try Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support in case the purchase is hidden for reasons unknown, otherwise talk to iTunes - Official Apple Support or use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to chase up the missing item.
