Purchased Shows on Apple TV

I purchased season 3 of Good Trouble, and episode 6 is missing.

Missing Purchased Apple TV Content Hi guys. I purchased a full tv series (18 episodes) some time ago from iTunes which I am now able to download and view via the Apple TV app. But it seems that 3 of the episodes are missing and when viewed on the Apple iTunes Store it says I have to purchase them again, despite it saying at the top of the screen that I have purchased the whole series. I have checked this on my iPad, my MacBook and on Apple TV via my television and it’s the same in all cases and all devices are up to date with software. Any advice or known issues would be greatly appreciated!

Episode skipped with season pass I purchased a season pass for TV show This Is Us season 6 (being released weekly) via my Apple TV. The first 8 episodes were released on schedule, then nothing happened during week 9, and now episode 10 was released. I’m missing episode 9. To clarify, I can see episodes 1 to 8, and 10, but episode 9 doesnt show in the list at all. The same applies when I view my purchased TV shows via the i Tunes store Ap on my phone. Can you help?

The website says the ep 6 should be available as expected (for the US). Please contact the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
