Q:Flash disabled on iPhone 11 Pro?

My iPhone 11 Pro camera will not allow me to take pictures with flash and gives me a message saying it has low battery regardless of how charged it is. I fully charged it and when I tried to activate flash the same low battery message popped up. The light works separately from the camera so nothing seems broken besides the function. Although I restart and reset factory data many times but the same problem persists. Kindly help me out in this situation.

Hello Murtaza392,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. From your message we understand that you're receiving the message that the iPhone has low battery and the flash will not work. We understand you have tried restarting the iPhone and have restored it to the factory settings as well. We're happy to provide you with some additional troubleshooting steps.

First, connect the iPhone to the charger. Open the Camera app and try to take a photo using all the different settings. Is there any response from the flash?

This article will show you how you can test the app: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.

If there is no response, please try using the your iPhone camera with another app, this will help us to isolate the issue further.
