I just got a new apple SE and it requires an activation code generated by Verizon right now

You need to call Verizon. You know, the company you (presumably) pay for service.

If your carrier is NOT Verizon, then you need to return that phone to wherever you bought it.

Please call Verizon and have this resolved.
