My payment method is not working

everytime I try to use my App Store to buy something I’m instructed to contact iTunes support. I’m trying to buy a gift card, and can you help me?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" click here ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
