Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen devices.
At least advise how can apple assist to disable it.
Ask your carrier to blacklist it.
Hi Forest Stream, apple will allow you to lock and disable and delete the contents of a device and locate it using the find my app. Use the link I posted above.
