The majority of my apps have randomly moved to the same folder named Other. They are no longer organised by what they are and I didn’t ask for this to happen

What helped me is force rest. After the restart, the apps rearranged back to their folders.

App Library is a work in progress - what else can I say,
You shpuld continue to organise them into standard home screens til some substantial improvements in App Library.
Force new apps to the home screen on installation with
Settings, Home Screen, Add to Home Screen ✅
If you are talking about the App Library we have no control over where the apps are organized.
I believe what they are referring to is that the apps they downloaded were originally in different folders in the App Library and then they all moved to the “Other” folder in the App Library for no reason
The only way this abomination called App Library will improve is if you Feedback to Apple with a feature request or Bug report
Nothing you can do except
When first downloaded each app went to folders that made sense for them eg Facebook into Social media folder. But yesterday all of my apps randomly left these folders and ended up in the Other folder. I didn’t do this myself so is it a bug of some sort?
This happens to me every couple weeks for the last several months. It just happened again so I thought I’d finally look into it. Everything was fine, my phone was locked. I unlocked it just now and all the downloaded apps are in the “Other” folder and all the stock apps are sorted into categories. I usually just ignore it for a few hours/days and it’ll go back to what it was. I don’t use a Home Screen as I like everything sorted and off the main screens.
I hope Apple fixes this soon.
Yes I know, App Library is rubbish and we cannot control it.
