My workout app shows the average pace per kilometre. I really want to change it to show kilometres per hour instead, as this seems way more logical to me and is the normally used method of measuring where I'm from.
Is there any way to change this?

Watch app/workout/workout view/ and tap on your workout type to change the metrics.
I've already tried. It doesn't show an option to change it the other way around.
In that case maybe there's a 3rd party app that can do what you ask.
