Uninstall App Now

How the heck do I "uninstall" an app now? When you delete now, it goes into the App library, it doesn't actually "uninstall" as it once did. I am having issues with an app and need to uninstall and reinstall. For the life of me I can not figure out how to "uninstall" an app now? HELP?

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

Try going to:

Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> iTunes & App Store Purchases -> Deletings Apps. It must be set to Allow before you can delete apps.
