once someone access my computer remotely how do I stop them from getting into it again

The problem is that *I* am the owner of the company and the only person who would be such an administrator, and I never set up or requested any such service. How do I disable or bypass this and get it back to being a normal MacBook?

Go to your settings. Under "Sharing" you can toggle the switch Remote Login or Remote Management. Depends on how your computer was accessed. Let me know if you need more help by replying here.
