An iPhone 6s can be upgraded to iOS 14, so you could trade in your iPhone 6 for a used iPhone 6s, which should not be too much more money than what you get selling your iPhone 6.

Or save up for a newly manufactured iPhone.

There is not much else the volunteers in thsi forum could tell you to be helpful. The iPhone 6 has half the working RAM than the iPhone 6s, and a slower processor. It just cannot run iOS 14.

An iPhone 6 can't be paired with it or any other watch running 6.0 or above.
