News+ on Mac
I have a Apple one Premier account and everything works fine on my mobile devices however I cannot access News+ information on my Mac. I've tried updating everything, restarting, logging out and back into my Apple account. Nada...
I have a hunch that since you are on macOS Catalina and your Mac is older, you might not get this. However, please call AppleCare and confirm this: Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple.
