Save website password
I accidentally clicked on never save my password for this website on my ipad and now I would like to save it but it doesn’t prompt me anymore

You will need to manually configure credentials for the website in your Keychain. You will require the website URL, Username and Password.
Settings > Passwords - tap the “+” icon to open the Add Password page
