iPhone 12 Calendar problem

I somehow managed to create a holiday called "Holi" in my phone. How can I remove it?

You did not create it. Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, is one of the standard holidays in the built-in holiday calendar. The calendar contains the major holidays for the 5 most widely practiced religions in the US, as well as major non-religious holidays.
