what is the best charger I can use for daily charging my iphone 12 pro max? how many watt is recommended? and can it cause any battery health damage?

A 20W adapter is ideal however you can use other higher Watt chargers as well. Your iPhone will safely control the charge from chargers lessers or greater than 20W. You can even use the old 5W charger that used to come with older iPhones.
