FaceTime unauthorised screen flash - consistent

Dear team - i am recently experiencing a screen flash whilst using face time. Both myself and the person i am talking too see it. 1) It is consistent 2) I have not authorised any other apps to take photos. 3) No photos appear in my photos once taken. Please can someone from the tech team help me out - i can see other users have experienced similar issues within the year without a resolution/conclusion - looks like it is becoming repetitive. Greatly appreciated.

Black selfcam miniature on FaceTime Hello, I have been noticing a bug when using FaceTime. Every time that I am in a video call (in FaceTime) and change the focus to other app (with the call still running), when I get back on FaceTime the call is still up but my self-cam miniature turns shadowy black (as in the image below). FaceTime photo appears upside down??? Usually, FaceTime works just fine, but recently the (one) person I’m FaceTiming sees me upside down? I’d appreciate any suggestions of a reason or (hopefully) a fix for this? We’re both using iPad Air 2 and software is current.
