iPhone Notes app keeps saving links in the same note (file)

Of course I can tell the phone, but the problem is the way the phone offers the choices in the first place.

As I mentioned, when you hit the “Share” button on, say Safari for example, it would be easier if the default option is always “New note”, so whenever I share a new link, all I have to do is “Next”. Only when I want to save it into an existing note do I have to select.

So, is there a way?

No I don’t. Here’s why:

1) Find a new article and share it:

2) Choose Notes to share/save:

3) A new note is made:

So far so good.

4) Find another article and share it:

5) This is where the problem starts. The default option is now the previous note:

6) My previous self was naive, so I hit “Save” and the 2nd link ended up stored with the 1st:

So, is there a way to save a new link to a new note every time, or is it an iOS thing and I am stuck with it?
