hi , can`t install BigSure. it just stops after one minute after starting installation.
AppStore showing blank , cant even see anything , just kept hanging. can someone help please?

Shutdown computer via Power / Touch ID ( same button ) button. Disconnect all external drives and connect to charger. Restart and Immediately hold the - Shift - key. This is Safe Mode and will do a Repair Disk, Clear Cache files and only load Apple Software and Fonts. It will load very slowly - Normal. This process may or may not allow the Installation to complete and present the Setup Assist of Big Sur.
