Overheating phone

It’s been 3 days now, my phone is overheating, it’s next to impossible to hold it. I don’t play games, only 50/128gb has been used, software is 14.4.1 updated, I uninstalled Instagram and turned off background refresh. Did everything to prevent CPU from heating, I even turn off Bluetooth, WiFi, location when not in use .

It’s been 6 months since I bought this iPhone 11 and from the past three days, I use the phone for 5 minutes and it almost burns my hand. It gets really really hot just by making a call or checking WhatsApp. Highly disappointed

It should not get so hot that you can’t hold it. I would suggest that you get an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center for an evaluation.
