I canceled a subscription to the app "OurPact".

I canceled a subscription to the app "OurPact". It kept causing glitches in my daughters phone. She was missing text messages and emails. The only thing we have been able to relate it to is this app and every time its used. Im inquiring on a refund please since Ive already canceled it and deleted it off our phones. It was a year subscription and it was $99.

Again, more details would help. Is this a technical problem? Do the links not function when you click on them, or is it just Apple refuses to issue a refund? If the latter, Apple's terms of purchase in the USA are, "All Transactions are final" (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html ), but some countries have different laws so check terms for your country at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. If sales are final then it is Apple's decision if they want to grant a refund. You can always ask, and people do get refunds on a case by case basis, but Apple can also say no.


If you still wish to pursue this, click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

The link takes me to a certain point and then I can't go any further than that after answering the questions. How much more detail is needed to explain this isn't working for my particular need? The first time took me to where I can cancel the subscription..... I didn't need that... I stated I had already done that. I need help with the refund or partial refund. I don't need more links. I could've done that without any assistance. The entire reason for this request is because all links have been useless to my needs.
