I have a pair of Sony WF -xb700 earbuds but I can't connect them to my new (2020) MacBook Pro M1 chip. It appears in the list but won't connect. I have tried several ways ( 7 sec hold, etc) but nothing. Pairs with my phone and other devices. Any ideas ??
Try un-pairing them from all your other devices and then try pairing them with your Mac. If successful, then re-pair your other devices.
Thanks for your reply. Afraid I have tried that. Even switched Bluetooth off on nearby devices. Thought I had read somewhere that the Bluetooth issue with M1 chip had been resolved. Maybe this is not the case.
