iTunes card

Hey everyone! I recently bought a $25 iTunes card on the supermarket. It was sealed, not opened and everything seemed normal, I tried to redeem it on my iPad and it said there was an error (which had never happened to me before) tried on my phone and said the same (I’ll put the screenshots). Can someone please help me? I don’t know what to do!
