The “free” One Year offer cannot be added to an existing subscription. However, making assumption that your wife and daughter will each have their own AppleID with which to use (and activate) their iPad, the free offer subscription will be available to each of them - and these can be shared with you via Family Sharing.
If you are currently using a paid subscription, it may be cost effective to cancel your subscription and enjoy the free subscription via Family Sharing:
